Solutions

Fourteen ways to stop running your business from memory

Till, stock, invoicing, accounting, customers: modules switch on one at a time, and they talk to each other. One sale updates stock, the till and the books — with nobody re-keying anything.

Where should I start?

The rest of the platform

Delivered modules with no page of their own, because nobody searches for them by name — and which matter day to day all the same.

Calendar & reminders

Company events and reminders attached to records: due dates, follow-ups, renewals.

Internal messaging & circulars

Direct messages, team groups and service notes broadcast to everyone.

Trash & restore

Eighteen kinds of deleted records recoverable, with their side effects put back.

Roles & permissions

Who sees which screen and who may do what, set at the level of each action.

Activity log

Who did what and when, across the platform — for audit as much as for support.

Offline mode

A dedicated screen rather than a blank page when the network drops, and a resume when it returns.

Open to your tools

What can be connected today, and nothing beyond: an integration announced but unavailable costs more than an empty box.

Common questions

Do I have to switch everything on at once?

No, and it is rather discouraged. Modules are switched on one at a time from settings, within the limits of your plan. Start with what wastes your time today; the rest can wait until you need it.

Can I use only the till?

Yes. Many shops start with the till and the catalogue, and only open accounting or campaigns months later. Modules that are not switched on do not clutter your team’s menu.

Does it work on a patchy connection?

The app shows a dedicated screen when the network drops and resumes when it returns. But to be clear: recording a sale needs a connection. If your shop is regularly offline for hours, test before you commit.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Each company has its own isolated space, and your lists — products, customers, sales, entries — export to Excel whenever you want, including if you decide to leave.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, in both directions. Moving up opens the higher plan’s modules immediately; moving down closes them again without deleting the data already entered.
