A dictated sale or quote, and the till basket filled by voice.
Lines, quantities, customer and payment land in the screen you already use, marked “Filled by Biddew”.
Every assumption shows and can be corrected with a tap. What she could not find is named, never guessed.
Biddew prepares, you check. After “Apply”, an Undo button puts the screen back as it was.
What you will see when you open it
Screenshots taken on our demo shop, with sample data. Tap a screen to enlarge it.
A sale in one sentence
Biddew says what she will do, what she assumed, and what she heard for each product. You add the lines, then save.
- 1What Biddew will do
- 2What she assumed
- 3What she heard, found in the catalogue
- 4Time saved, credit used
On a phone
The same proposal, as a sheet at the bottom of the screen: the customer, the lines, the total, then “Add these 2 lines”.
- 1What Biddew will do
- 2What she assumed
- 3Found in the catalogue
- 4Added to the form, to save
An accounting entry
“September rent paid by transfer”: Biddew suggests a balanced entry on your own accounts. You refine it, then validate it.
- 1What Biddew will do
- 2What she assumed
- 3Balanced, on your accounts
- 4Refine without repeating it all

Check and save
You apply the proposal, read over the filled screen, then save it as usual.
What you can do with it
“At Sedima, 10 cartons of chicken like last time”: last time’s purchase price is reused.
You walk the aisles and say what you see: each counted product is entered, with the gap to check.
An expense, a product record, or an accounting entry suggested on your own accounts.
A campaign filled in from one sentence, a customer segment, a message template.
“Add Thiès too”: Biddew keeps what you do not change, and the previous version stays one tap away.
What the module includes
- Plain-language questions on your sales, stock and invoices
- Quotes and sales created in one sentence
- Receipts and invoices read from a photo
- Accounting entries suggested and explained
- Daily report and review of your figures
- Live voice conversation
- WhatsApp sends after confirmation
- Answers drawn from the help centre
- AI product photo studio
Speaking rather than typing
At the counter your hands are busy and a phone keyboard is small. A sentence said in your customers’ words (“a can of oil”, “two 25 kg bags”) becomes lines: packaging words and sizes are understood, and so are quantities said in words. Biddew accepts a sentence in French, Wolof or English.
Common questions
Does Biddew save for me?
No. She fills the form, and you save it. On the few screens that create or send directly (a pipeline, overdue reminders), nothing goes out before an explicit confirmation.
What if she picks the wrong product?
A doubtful product arrives “To choose”, with at most three suggestions; a product that cannot be found is named and not added. After “Apply”, an Undo button puts the screen back as it was.
Is my voice kept?
No: the recording is used for transcription, then deleted. The text heard is shown before anything is prepared, so you can correct it.
Works with
The modules talk to each other: what happens here shows up there, with nothing typed twice.
- Biddew, the assistant Compose is Biddew on the entry screen, with the same rights and the same credits.
- Invoicing & quotes A dictated sale or quote lands in the usual form, to save.
- Purchasing & suppliers “Like last time” reuses the purchase price from the last order to that supplier.
- Stock & warehouses A stock count can be done by voice, aisle by aisle, gaps to check.
