Your documents read, your entries explained

Photograph a receipt or a supplier invoice: Biddew reads the supplier, the date, the lines and the total, then prepares the expense or the purchase. In accounting, she explains an entry in plain words, suggests the lines of an operation described in one sentence, and reviews the month. Nothing is booked before you decide.

The month in review

The month, quarter or year summed up in a few findings, with at most three actions tied to their screen.

Documents read and filed

As an option, Biddew reads documents dropped into the library and suggests their due date, their name and the record to link them to.

A product record from a photo

Name, category, brand, unit and a barcode with a valid check digit, read from the product photo, to tick before saving.

The thermal receipt and the paper invoice

Here, many expenses arrive on a thermal receipt or a paper invoice handed over at the counter, and end up at the back of a drawer, where the receipt fades. Photographing it the same day files the proof in the library, in the “Received by Biddew” folder, and prepares the expense: the document still exists on the day the accountant asks for it.

Common questions

What happens to the document read?

The file is stored in your library, in the “Received by Biddew” folder, and serves as proof for the expense or purchase created. The fields read are erased after 90 days.

Does Biddew book entries for me?

No. She suggests, you decide: a suggested entry fills the entry drawer, and you save it as a draft or validate it.

How much does it cost?

Each reading, explanation or review uses a few AI credits. An explanation already done can be re-read at no charge, a stored review too, and the pre-closing checks are free.

Works with

The modules talk to each other: what happens here shows up there, with nothing typed twice.
