Send a link, receive the money

A payment link shares into a conversation, an invoice or an email. The customer pays by mobile money or card, the payment applies itself to the document, and you request a payout when you want one.

Get paid at a distance

The customer does not have to travel, and you do not have to wait for a transfer to know they paid.

Application is automatic

The payment arrives attached to its invoice. No manual matching between a statement and a document.

Every transaction is traceable

Status, channel, amount, fees and timestamp. A failed transaction is visible, not silent.

What you can do with it

Payment links

A link per invoice, or a standalone link for a given amount, valid for as long as you decide.

Mobile money and card

The payment methods your customers actually use, without asking them to open another one.

Transaction dashboard

Settled, pending, failed, refunded. With fees, so the net is a figure rather than an estimate.

Payouts

You request a transfer of your balance to your account, and the payout is logged like everything else.

A payment page in your name

The customer who opens the link sees your business, not an anonymous middleman.

How it works

  1. 01 Switch on collection

The merchant account is connected from settings, once.

  2. 02 Share the link

From the invoice or from a free amount, in the conversation you are already having.

  3. 03 Track it and cash out

The payment applies, the balance rises, the payout goes to your account.

Get paid through

Which operators you get depends on your country. The per-transaction mobile-money cap is set by the operator — above it, the payment falls back to card.

Mobile money is not an option

In most West African markets the mobile wallet is the default payment method, not an alternative to the card. So it is treated as one: a first-class channel on the payment page, with its fees shown, and a successful collection lands in the same list as a cash settlement.

Common questions

What are the fees?

They depend on the channel and the operator, and are shown transaction by transaction in the dashboard. The net amount credited is always visible: you do not discover the fees at payout time.

How fast do I get the money?

The collection is recorded immediately and credits your balance. The transfer time to your own account depends on the payout channel you choose.

What happens if a payment fails?

The transaction stays visible with its status and failure reason, and the invoice stays outstanding. You can resend the link without recreating the document.
